I call it the “Mustard Church.” It’s officially known as Iglesia de la Recolección. It was stunning.
The three wise monkeys (“see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil”) of our León hostel, Hostal Las Vacaciones.
- This is Mizaru. He covers his eyes, thus sees no evil.
- Kikazaru covers his ears and hears no evil.
- Iwazaru, covering his mouth, speaks no evil.
- Catedral de la Asuncíon de María (Cathedral of the Assumption of Mary). There’s something about the “two faces” of the cathedral that captivates me.
