Time-Traveling (Capítulo 1): Of what happened with our protagonista when she disappeared for a month
Here is where I fulfill my blog tagline of “Elizabeth’s Loewenstern reflection, in words and pictures” in order to time travel from the past to the future of today.

Far off in the distance, you can see the Jesus Statue of San Juan del Sur. Upon seeing it, I was determined to embark on the Jesus Hike there.

The reception and lobby of Saltwater Hostel. It’s neat to think that the many flags came from traveling visitors. Although, I don’t know if that’s actually the case.

During our hike to the Jesus Statue, we saw the largest tree I’ve ever seen. It reminds me of the Tree of Life in Disneyworld’s Animal Kingdom. 🙂
